The sole agenda item was a dedicated review of budget utilisation for the Budget Estimates (BE) 2025-26 financial year, assessing expenditure progress, allocations spent vs. planned 

The Second JMC meeting held online on 18 December 2025, it focused on follow-up and monitoring, including introductory remarks by the Chair & Co-chair, review of action points from the previous (April 2025) meeting, detailed project progress updates, and any other emerging discussion points.

The first JMC meeting was held on 15 April 2025, chaired by the JMC Chairperson & Co-Chairperson. It covered welcome remarks, progress review of identified projects, detailed budget discussion (consumables, staff, contingency, travel, maintenance), and future roadmap planning.
